R2 Agro are very successful in the middle east region. In order to secure further growth we are now searching for a Regional Sales Manager to this area.

Your primary job functions are:

  • Sales and technical advice/service to current and potential customers
  • To extend and strengthen relationships to our current customers as well as to potential future customers
  • Advising on feed formulations in particular on use of vitamins + performance enhancers
  • Taking part in meetings and negotiations with decision-makers at potential customers
  • Keeping up to date with market developments, focusing on identifying new market possibilities, including participation at exhibitions and seminars, as well as helping with creating marketing materials

Your profile:

  • Ideally you have a veterinarian- or nutritional degree and, preferably experience from an equivalent job in the poultry international sales, where you have established proven sales results. For the right candidate a recent graduate/PHd from University can also be considered
  • You most likely have a background and interest in poultry, and you will be able to represent R2 Agro as a professional and trustworthy partner
  • You most likely have an insight in market strategy as well as experience with creating, developing and managing market build up
  • You are business-oriented and highly competent in negotiations on all levels
  • You are dynamic and outgoing, and able to see potential that can be transformed into proposed solutions for the customer
  • You take the structured approach and handle complex situations without losing focus or the general picture
  • You are able to work independently, have a great work capacity and are good at creating contacts and long-lasting relationships across organizations and cultures
  • You are a good communicator, you speak and write English at a high level. If you speak and write Arabic fluently it’s a great advantage
  • You are a competent PC user who and able to use various IT tools

The base of the job is in Denmark, but other allocations can be considered, key is your willingness to travel.

You will be reporting to the Head of Sales in Denmark and go through a thorough product- and sales training process before visiting the first customers. You will be backed up by competent colleagues, both by phone, Skype, and Email, but also in joint customer visits.
